New contact details for your payments and pension services

On 1 September 2015, Primary Care Support England (PCSE) took on responsibility for the primary care support services delivered by NHS England. Our priority is to continue delivering the support services provided today, but we will also introduce new arrangements to help us create national, consistent services for all our users.

What does this mean for locums?

As part of our plans for the future, we’re moving the delivery of all services from over 40 local PCSE offices to four sites – Leeds, Preston, Clacton and Blackburn.

A new national Customer Support Centre has opened, which will gradually become the single point of contact for all customer queries. Our new contact details can be found here.
