Paying pension contributions to NHSE by BACs

The quickest and easiest way to pay your contributions is by BACs. For practitioners wishing to pay via BACS, the bank details can be obtained by calling us on 0333 014 2884 or emailing us at pcse.enquiries@nhs.net putting ‘Pensions’ in the email subject line.

Practitioners should enter the following reference details for their payment:

  • SD number – your GP Pensions scheme number: 8 characters
  • LOCUM or SOLO – the form type the payment relates to: 3 characters
  • MONTH – the month the payment relates to: 3 characters
  • YEAR – the year the payment is for: 2 characters

Examples:

* Note the reference should be no longer than 16 characters long.

Practitioners should then scan and email their completed forms to pcse.enquiries@nhs.net stating the form type in the email subject line and providing the payment reference details in the body of the email.

Alternatively Practitioners can write the payment reference details on the form and post to Primary Care Support England, PO Box 350, Darlington, DL1 9QN
