What’s changing

Our current priority is to deliver the support services you receive today as efficiently as possible and to the quality level that you and your practice expects. As part of our plans for the future, we will introduce new arrangements to help us create national, consistent services for all our users. We’ll share further information with our service users prior to introducing new arrangements.

Customer Support Centre


We have opened a national Customer Support Centre for all customer queries. Calls are moving to the Support Centre in stages from December 2015 to January 2017. Details on how to contact PCSE can be found on our Contact Us page.

National Engagement Team


We have setup dedicated local teams to provide on the ground support for our service users and to deliver face-to-face elements of our service such as Performers Lists identification checks. More information on the National Engagement Team.

Medical Records Movement

GP |

We are introducing a new process for securely moving medical records. Practices will be able to track records via the portal and see expected delivery dates. More information on GP Records.

Supplies Management


We have introduced an online supplies management portal, for quick and easy supply ordering and tracking. More information on ordering supplies.

Ophthalmic Payments


We are re-designing the existing GOS form, and over time,working towards the introduction of an electronic GOS solution. More information on ophthalmic payments.

Performer List


We are introducing a simple online route for submitting and tracking applications. Face-to-face checks will be carried out by the National Engagement Team. More information on performers lists.

Pharmacy Market Entry


We are enabling straightforward online applications. Applications will automatically be checked for completeness before they are submitted. More information on market entry.

GP Payments & Pensions

We are automating calculations, and providing easier access through the online portal, which pulls all payments information into one place. More information on GP payments and pensions.
