A regular independent PCSE user satisfaction survey amongst service users is carried out to provide a satisfaction rating for PCSE and to identity opportunities for improvement.
In 2017, PCSE made significant investment in improvements to resolve service issues and achieve the required standards. This has been recognised by improved customer satisfaction last year. Overall customer satisfaction in this most recent survey was 70%. This compares to 68% from the initial bench mark survey that was undertaken in 2015, when PCSE took on the services.
