Service development

A regular independent PCSE user satisfaction survey amongst service users is carried out to provide a satisfaction rating for PCSE and to identity opportunities for improvement.

Progress and improvements are being seen, which is reflected in our overall satisfaction score. We are confident that the changes we are introducing across our service lines will help deliver further improvements in 2017.
