A regular independent PCSE user satisfaction survey amongst service users is carried out to provide a satisfaction rating for PCSE and to identity opportunities for improvement.
Progress and improvements have been seen across all aspects of the service during 2017, with results improving across all questions where a comparison can be made to the second half 2016 survey. Overall user satisfaction was calculated at 72%, which is above the baseline survey undertaken in 2015, where overall user satisfaction was calculated at 68%.
