No, unfortunately we will not be able to deliver to home addresses. Prescription pads need to be ordered to the GP practice, and arrangements made with the practice to get the pads to GP’s working from home.

Your medical records can only be delivered to your registered main practice. The current NHAIS Exeter system identifies main practices and their branches under the same practice code and therefore, records can only be delivered to the main site.
If you should need to close your practice temporarily as a precaution against the spread of Coronavirus, PCSE can support you. For example, we can manage the movement of your patient records and postpone deliveries of supplies. In the first instance, get in touch with your CCG to discuss options, and our supplies team will be happy to discuss possible actions.
