Coming 1 June: Online Payments & Pensions Service
The new online payments and pensions service launches in June, you can log in and have a look at what's available.
What does this mean for my practice?
We'll be keeping you informed and making sure that you have access to guidance and resources so that you're ready when the service goes live. Find our more below what the new service will mean for your practice.
When the new online service launches in June, you will need to access your Practice's monthly statements via PCSE Online instead of Open Exeter. The new system provides the ability to submit claims for premises and locum cover online. Once enabled with your CCG, this will mean you can submit claims easily online, with the added benefits of knowing there are checks in place for any missing information and the ability to easily track where all claims are in the process.
The new PCSE online service will make it simpler to submit pension information, such as an Estimate of GP and Non GP Provider NHS Pensionable Profits. Approving Locum A forms and other pensions administration work will also be made easier with the new PCSE Online functionality. GP performers will also be able to submit their Annual Certificates or Self-Assessment forms via PCSE Online, and will be able to easily see if they have any missing pension records from the last six years.
You can log into PCSE Online with your NHS email. Access the log in page here.

If you don't yet have access, please speak to your practice's User Administrator about what role you need. If you don’t know who the practice's User Administrator is, please contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org, who can advise who has this role at your practice.
PCSE Online is designed to be easy to use; however, if you do need support, access our guides via the tiles below. More guides will be available ready for go live, please check back regularly.
