Statements

You can view statements for claims submitted since you have been using the PCSE Online Ophthalmic payments system, for any online eGOS customer.

Select the Statement option from the dashboard and search for statements using date range or statement type. Just click on the statement reference number, and drill down into each GOS claim type for further details of the claims that have been submitted in the selected statement.

The statement is expanded out to include details of each claim under that GOS type, including:

• Your reference
• Claim ID
• Patient’s name
• Point of service date
• Amount submitted
• Amount paid

Other features within your statement allow you to:

• Expand all to view the full statement, with a line-by-line breakdown
• Collapse all to see a condensed version of the statement
• Print/Download to print or download as a PDF or CSV
