Notices of Commencement

On 14 September and 9 November 2020, the Department of Health amended the regulations relating to the submission of notices of commencement for market entry applications.

As a result, NHS England has produced new forms to request shorter commencement periods and to notify of a change in commencement date.

When an application has been granted the applicant must submit a valid notice of commencement within 12 months of the date of the grant. This will be issued to you by PCSE along with your decision.
