Managing Supplies

Overview

Your NHS England supplies, including NHSE stationery, pre-printed forms, needles and syringes, should be ordered through PCSE Online.

You can order and track your supplies online, check on delivery times, review previous orders and manage returns. 

All supplies orders will be delivered by our national logistics firm, CitySprint. Deliveries will be made to your practice on the same day each week.

To place and manage orders, you will need the user role 'Practice order Entry Clerk'. The ‘Main Contact’ role manages the permissions and roles for the Supplies service for all primary care organisations.

If you log in to PCSE Online and do not see the option to order supplies, speak to your practice User Administrator (Main Contact) who can assign this role.
