I have some solo forms missing from previous years' work as appraiser, I have been informed these cannot be issued retrospectively. How is it possible to resolve this?
NHS England regions have recently completed an exercise to validate historic Solo appraisal work and have provided revised data to PCSE for a number of GPs to bring Solo contributions up to date.
Does Solo income get recorded as Type 2 or Locum?
You are a Type 2 GP and need to complete the form.
Only an exclusive GP locum who does no other type of GP pensionable work is not required to complete an end of year form.
Instead locum forms A and B are completed each time you pension.
