CitySprint collection and delivery
Will there be any changes to the collection and delivery of medical records over the Christmas and New Year period?
CitySprint have made us aware of the following changes to their scheduled collection/delivery days for Supplies and Medical Records over the upcoming public holidays and closures.
There will be no deliveries or collections on the following dates:
- Wednesday 25 December (Christmas Day)
- Thursday 26 December (Boxing Day)
- Wednesday 1 January (New Year's Day)
Deliveries and collections remain the same on the following dates:
- Tuesday 24 December (Christmas Eve)
- Monday 30 December
- Tuesday 31 December (New Year's Eve)
The following usual delivery/collection dates have been rearranged:

We hope that this advance notice will allow you to plan accordingly and minimise any disruption to your practice.
- If your practice is due to be closed on the rescheduled date, please can you take this into account when ordering your supplies over the next few weeks, to ensure you have adequate stock.
- Please note that PCSE Online will continue to display your usual delivery dates over this period. Also, your usual delivery day will resume from Tuesday 7 January 2025.

We want to change the address patient records are delivered, how can we do that?
A redirect of medical records to a branch site can be requested via the Contact Us form, selecting Medical Records Movement enquiry.
Can we request an additional CitySprint collection for medical records at our practice?
To request an additional CitySprint collection for medical records, please email pcse.adhoc-mr@nhs.net.

CitySprint haven’t collected the records
CitySprint perform weekly collection and deliveries to all practices. It is likely that they will collect the records during the next scheduled visit. If CitySprint do not arrive on the next scheduled collection / delivery date, please visit the Contact Us page and complete a new Medical Record Movement enquiry.
