Accountants

Overview

Accountants can access the Pensions and Payments services on PCSE Online. Access is provided by the Practice User Administrator. 

There are two roles that can be provided:

  • GP Accountant – this allows the user to use PCSE Online to complete Type 1 and Type 2 forms on behalf of all Practitioners employed by that Practice. 
    Once the Type 1 or Type 2 form has been completed by the accountant, the Pension Scheme member needs to log in to complete the declaration and submit the form.
  • GPP – Statements – this allows the user to view monthly statements for the Practice.

It is important that user roles are not shared, and a user role should be created for each person who needs to access the Pensions and Payments services on PCSE Online.
