How do I request an 8-day removal?
To request an 8-day removal, the most efficient method is to submit an online form

Can I request an 8 day removal for patients under the age of 18 ?
Yes, patients under the age of 18 can be removed on an 8-day removal. However, confirmation that the Safeguarding Lead has been consulted must be provided. Failure to provide this will result in the request being rejected.
When can I request an 8-day removal?
8-day removal requests can be initiated by the GP due to a result of a breakdown in relationship between the GP and the patient, for example due to repeated non-attendance of appointments (DNA). See more information on our 8 day removal page.
