Patient allocations are for patients who have been refused registration by practices or have been unable to find a GP practice to accept them as patients.
Your local Integrated Care Board (ICB) can assign you to a GP Practice. Please see here to find out who your local ICB is:

What is the process?
- If your ICB agrees to allocate you, they will identify a practice who have the capacity to register you as a patient.
- They will formally allocate you to that practice and inform the practice that they should register you.
- They also notify PCSE who will send a letter out to advise you the date you are registered and the practice that is now responsible for your care.
