2023/24 Forms and guidance published by NHS Pensions

The 2023/24 Type 1 and Type 2 forms and associated guidance have been published by NHS Pensions here.

The 2023/24 Annualisation calculator and guidance is also available on the NHS Pensions website, in the GP tiered contributions and annualisation calculator section.

If GPs or their representatives have any questions relating to the completion of the forms from the NHS Pensions website, please refer to the guidance published alongside the forms.

Why the 2023/24 forms differ from previous years

Since the launch of the GP Pensions services in PCSE Online, NHS Pensions has provided PCSE with annual Type 1 and Type 2 forms and PCSE has incorporated the forms into PCSE Online, allowing GPs and their representatives to complete them directly in the online system.

Unfortunately, it has not been possible to incorporate the 2023/24 forms into PCSE Online.

To meet the 28 February 2025 deadline, GP Pension Scheme Members and their representatives are advised to submit their 2023/24 Type 1 and Type 2 forms via PCSE Contact Us
