Premises claims can now be made through PCSE Online (once your ICB confirms they are ready to start accepting these via PCSE Online).
The online claims service will provide validation tools, including checks for any missing information and the ability to easily track where claims are in the process.
Below is a list of standard premises claims*, not all may apply to your practice.
- Cost Rents and LA Economic Rents
- Health Centre Rent
- Health Centre Rates
- Premises – Service Charge
- Rates – Water
- Rates – non domestic
- Actual Rents
- Disposal of Clinical Waste
