Overview
The role required for user management of permissions and roles related to Performers and performer list activities is PL Organisation Administrator. The role can assign other PL Admins for your practice, and each practice can have a maximum of four user admins.
PL Organisation Administrator role
A user with this role can assign other PL Organisation Administrators for your practice. Each practice can have a maximum of four PL Organisation Adminstrators.
With this role a user can:
- create new users
- deactivate existing users
- amend existing users' permissions (add remove roles)
- amend users' personal details
We would recommend that if a colleague with this role is leaving, that you assign their role to another member of your team, for continuity of access and user management.
No PL Organisation Administrator?
If your practice has no PL organisation administrator, please email pcse.portalenquiries@nhs.net, with your practice details and name and email address of the person you'd like to have this role.
Once the PL Organisation Administrator is set up, they can set up other PL organisation admins and assign the PL practice manager role.
